I made a mistake with my order, what should I do?

How much does delivery cost?

All our cards and packages are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery for compensation and tracking purposes. Other delivery costs are as follows:

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class

1/2 Cards - additional £1

3+ Cards - additional £2.00

All other items under 2kg - £7.50

All other Items Over 2kg - £10.00

Frames - additional £2.50

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class

All other items under 2kg - £5.00

All other items over 2Kg - £7.00

Do you deliver worldwide? 

Yes, we do! Overseas deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Prices range from £8 to to £30 dependant on the country and weight of the goods ordered.

When will my order arrive?

As every order is handmade, they are usually despatched within 7-10 days. We recommend placing your order two weeks before the occasion, to allow ample time for delivery.

Need it quicker?

For a small additional fee you can jump the queue and receive your item within 1-3 days.* Please ensure you select 1st class postage at the checkout or it will automatically be sent 2nd class.

* Dependant on all items being in stock. In the event that your item is unavailable, we will refund your account.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can you deliver direct to the recipient?

Absolutely! Just enter the relevant delivery address when you reach the checkout.

Where can I leave a review?

We value your feedback and welcome reviews on our Facebook page. Experienced a problem? Please don’t hesitate to get in touch so that we can put things right!

What materials are the frames made from?

We use only the highest quality materials for our products. For further details, please read the product descriptions on each page.

How do I customise my order?

Simply select the product, add to your cart and a customisable order form will appear. Then let us know your vision for your unique gift!

I can't find the occasion or recipient I'm looking for! Can you help?

Of course! If you can’t see it, that doesn’t mean we can’t do it. Contact us to discuss what you have in mind.

Can you gift wrap my order?

We certainly can! For a small fee, your item will be beautifully gift wrapped and placed in our CoCo Loves packaging, so that you can deliver direct to the lucky recipient.

What if my order arrives damaged?
