Packaging, Delivery & Returns
We know that you want your personalised gifts to arrive on time, exactly as you pictured them. To give you an idea of what to expect when ordering from our unique gift shop, let us run you through the details of our packaging, delivery and returns:
Packaging
Every gift from CoCo Loves is wrapped with care, delivered to you or the lucky recipient in our own branded packaging. These special boxes can be treasured as a keepsake or used time and again.
In the unusual event of a product arriving damaged, please send photos to coco@cocoloves.co.uk so that we can address the issue straight away.
Delivery
We’re proud to send all of our bespoke gifts as signed-for packages via Royal Mail. You can choose first or second class delivery, depending on your timeframe, and have it sent to you or direct to your recipient’s door, it’s your choice. Please note that due to post office hours we do not dispatch our items on weekends. If you are placing your order for Christmas please make yourself familiar with Royal Mail cut off dates, to avoid disappointment.

Returns
Our handmade gifts are one of a kind, which is why we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless there is an error on our behalf. If you have made a mistake when placing your order, we can rectify this for you; however, there will be a charge for doing so.
